Customer Service and Returns Policy:

Most Items ship same day or next day from order date. There is occassion that Hartzshop will ship within two days but that is rare. Hartzshop will refund item cost but not shipping costs for returns. Refunds will be issued via money order so supply an accurate refund address. If you have an issue with your order please e-mail us with the problem so that we can make all efforts to make it right. Sorry,we do not ship internationally.
